Bear with me, this is gonna be really long as I FINALLY decide to update my blog after n months. Well, there are two good reasons behind this:
1. My blog has spiderweb all over and it is time that I give them a swept and a proper update of my life.
2. I had finished my exam and I am just too bored (ps: I hope my friends who are still having exams dont hate me when I am saying this xD)
2011 Sem 1 in University of Melbourne is a semester that passes so fast without my realization. Again, it started differently and many challenges did come along but it ended beautifully =) The first difference is that I am not living alone like last year, rather, I have a roommate who is from Singapore to live with me. She is kind, noisy, caring and also loves to mock me. But we have so much fun every time doing grocery shopping together, online shopping together, cooking together, watch tv together, etc.. My uni life has been much more bearable with her presence. =)

While I do not really update my life through facebook, here I will give my readers a glimpse of what I had done during my 2011. To summarize, 2nd year uni life is another uni level which requires much more readings and efforts. My life in 2011 is mainly about studies. OHHH how sad is it.
But my studies is not the same as the common impression that everyone has in mind about studies. Not about lecture and tutorial, but my studies is mainly about FIELD TRIP. My field trip had taken up my whole April as I have four consecutive field trips during weekends which means that the entire weekend just gone.Field trip mainly incorporates the lectures in class and the practical knowledge that we are required to master. We go by a bus to somewhere ulu and from there we examine different rock types, measure the dip and strike of the bedding, walking along the beach observing different formation of rocks, climbing up a steep hill that caught me panting breathlessly and secretly wishing a helicopter can just appear overhead, watching the small little house below us when we stand at the hill top and surprisingly, it turns out to be FUN afterall. I remembered we climbed to a hill and we observed the 165km deep of crater. How magnificent and I am glad that geology, a course that I least expect I will do it in the future last time turns out to be a course that I actually enjoy.

So, pictures say thousand of words right? To understand what I have gone through, kindly refer to the pictures above =P ( I am still very lazy to explain them one by one, so..) But maybe I can explain the last picture, it is a koala on the tree! We saw it during one of our field trip.
Following the field trips will be LOTSSS of assignments regarding the data we had collected during the field trip. So, another month gone, which explains my lack of activity for my Facebook/msn/skype for a month. Arriving June, another month of exam, so again find me no where through any means of contacts.
So my semester 1 will be that's all? But well, knowing how outgoing I am and definitely not that nerdy, occasionally a dinner, birthday celebration still carry on. In Easter, my bf and I went for a dolphin swim tour too although sadly, the dolphin did not come out maybe due to the fact that my bf is
not cute enough to attract them. haha.

Throughout the semester, not to forget some special occasions which are worth to celebrate, especially international woman day xD Overall, I am glad that one semester in university had finally over and here, I would like to take this chance to say a big thank you to my bf too for his continuous support and countless memories that we have shared together =) Thank you to my friends too who have never fail to make me smile when I am stressed and needed a support.
